The objective of this webinar series is to bring awareness about opioid misuse, educate healthcare students on pain management, and break the stigma surrounding addiction. Part 3 of this webinar in the series delves into breaking the stigma against the opioid epidemic and aims to improve cultural competency on the topic. Joining Forces Initiative: Warrior-Centric Healthcare Training (WCHT) Interprofessional Education Program

This program will take place virtually with a focus on the complexity of care for veterans, interplay of the “biopsychosocial” and importance of collaborative team-based care. It is geared towards upper level students who are focusing more on management.
