The CAB conference series is the premier, signature event for the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative in partnership with the American Interprofessional Health Collaborative focused on interprofessional education and collaborative practice. The series was launched in 2007 to provide a way in which educators, clinicians, researchers, policy makers and students from both sides of the border could engage in rich, productive dialogue.

The conference is held biennially and alternates between Canada and the United States. CAB VII will be held on October 20-23, 2019 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis, Indiana and will continue the traditions established by previous CAB conferences by focusing on interprofessional education, practice, leadership and policy. The conference will feature best practices, showcase evidence-based outcomes and lessons learned, and provide a venue for scholarly dialogue and productive networking.

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended until Sunday, March 31, 2019 due to an exciting opportunity for Collaborating Across Borders (CAB) VII presenters to be featured in a special edition of the Journal of Interprofessional Education & Practice (JIEP)!
